Community Involvement

Making a difference in our community is important to us because an investment in community is an investment in the future. We are dedicated to improving the community in which we live, work, and play, through active involvement and meaningful participation.  Please read below to see how our representatives are involved with their respective communities:

Scott Evans helps raise money and awareness for the Alzheimer's Association of Greater Illinois by sponsoring his associate Nicole in the charity running program affiliated with the Chicago Marathon.  Over the past two years Scott & Nicole have raised over $2000 and plan to repeat their fundraising efforts in 2010. 

Steve Domsky is on the Board of Directors for the Welles Park Parents Baseball Association in Chicago.  He also serves on the committee for "Day with Dad" through the Metropolitan Family Services.

Paul Laughlin is actively involved with Misericordia in Chicago as well as volunteers at the Dujarie House in South Bend, IN.

Scott and the Northbrook District Office are also very excited to announce their participation in the Alzheimer's Association of Greater Illinois' "A Toast to Remember," an annual wine & beer tasting fundraising event taking place on Thursday, February 18, 2010 at the Chicago Cultural Center.  The event benefits and sponsors those affected by Alzheimer's disease in the Chapter's 68-county service area and is attended by Chicagoland area business and community leaders, wine enthusiasts, families and caregivers of those affected by Alzheimer's disease.
